Mamarazzi

These days, most parents are armed with their cameras ready to capture any given moment of their baby's first years. Or toddler's. Or tween's. Or teenager's. The truth is, we've been conditioned by Social Media to want to digitize our life history. Okay so perhaps this is a personal post and I'm talking solely about myself. Regardless, here's a site I recently found (with the help of Pinterest) with loads of helpful tips to turn you into the Mamarazzi (or Paparazzi) you've always longed to be. We'd love to see your family photo inspirations! While we're waiting on yours, here are a few of mine:
outside lighting, boys dressed up for their great grandmother's 100th birthday party(!),  bribed with a promise of m&ms if they sit still, taken with a pentax k10d (standard type of digital slr), edited for brightness and clarity
a quick iphone snapshot of the boys looking at their reflection in an antique mirror during bathtime, edited with the Camera+ app
jr the dog, outside lighting, taken with a digital slr, unedited because...well, he's a dog ( a sweet dog, but still...mama ain't got time for that!)
