I cannot tell you all how much I appreciate all you contributed to our Toy Drive this month. I know it's a time commitment to go through your kids' rooms and sort things out but doesn't it feel good to organize before more toys arrive AND give back to those in need? I think I may be addicted to that feeling...
Since there was so much collected (HUGE thank you to Stefanie Ballard!!) and I am adding some clothing and unopened toiletries (hotel shampoos, toothpaste from the dentist, etc) I will be dropping off to two shelters to spread the love. There was a total of 5 paper boxes, 1 large bin, and several bags full of donations! Thanks again for pulling together as a neighborhood to help the less fortunate.
